Common rules:
a) All the competitions will be through online registration only.
b) There will not be any spot registration facility.
c) The registration form should be counter signed by the Principal of respective colleges along with the college seal.
d) A maximum of 3 students can formulate a group for all competitions.
e) The completed form should then be submitted in the IIES secretariat office or to the college representative along with the registration fee of Rs. 100/- in cash per participant .
f) All participants are requested to collect the receipt from the summit secretariat office.
g) The participant should bring the cash receipt along with the college identity card at the competition venue.
h) No queries will be entertained on loss/damage of receipts.
i) The organisers have the right to change the dates and venue with prior notice.
j) All the necessities required for the competition should be brought by the participants.
k) Cash prize, mementoes and certificates will be awarded to the first three winners of all the competitions.
l) Participation certificates will be provided to all the participants.
m) All the Posters/models/ presentation will be secured by the organizing committee and will not be returned to the participant seekers.
Presentation competition
a) Presentation can be done power point/Audio visual /movie /Documentary etc and it shall be treated as a competition under same group..
b) English should be the language used to express views in both the presentation and speech.
c) A maximum of 5 minutes will be given to the participants to present their ideas.
d) The presentations shall be used by the organizer in future to propagate the ideology of energy awareness and renewable energy to the public and corporate.
Poster competition
a) The size of the poster should be 3 Feet by 2 feet without any identification marks in it, particularly the name of the student and the name of the college.
b) A gap of 3sq cm should be left blank at the top right corner of the poster to write the participants code for the assessment of the poster.
c) Participants are requested to bring their own pins and other materials for sticking the poster.
Project competition
a) The winners of the model making competitions shall exhibit their respective models in the Energy expo at the 1st India International Energy Summit.
b) Tables will be provided to all participants for their models.
c) If found suitable, The organizing committee will take up responsibility of suggesting the idea to the Govt. of India for the next five year plan
