AIRLINES
The orange city is very well facilitated with international airport, which is located 15 to 20 kms away from the city in the north. The airport is known by the name as Dr. Ambedkar International Airport. Nagpur airport has both domestic as well as international terminals. There are many international airlines such as Air Arabia, Air India and other airlines, which operates their flights to and from this airport.The city is connected very well with all the countries located in the Middle East and African Territory with international flights.The airport also have domestic terminal from where all the major airlines operates their flights to and from the city airport.There are many airlines such as Indian Airlines, Kingfisher Airlines and Air Deccan, which ply from different cities of India including all the metro politan cities and serve the airport on regular basis.There are many facilities provided at the international airport located in Nagpur such as. Deluxe Car, which is provided on rent, to international tourists to travel around the city at the time of waiting for different airlinesThere are prepaid taxis, which are available outside the airport for convenience of the visitors so that they can reach the city in a planned manner, within less number of hours. It takes around one and half hour to reach Nagpur from city center.
